Peanut Butter & Banana smoothie

Hey, its me!!

I just made myself a hunger hold over drink and thought I'd share it. its really yummy!!!  Peanut butter and banana smoothie.  This was a creation I tried a while back and I just fell in love with it, and its really really easy -- no chopping fruits and stuff. And it really does hold off your hunger a while longer. I like to drink these before taking the kids to the park, if I haven't really had a chance to eat a real meal.

1 banana
1/4 to 1/2 cup of peanut butter
(sometimes I cheat and add a smidge of sugar or honey to make it sweeter --shhhhh. )

Blend it all up and enjoy.
